These relays can control generator 2 wire on/off without the nuisance of inverter programming. They can also be used to control solar, hydro, wind, or loads. These VSR can control high power relays, contactors, etc., to control a variety of loads, and/or charging sources.

DC Control and Power Relays
Solid State Relays
No moving parts. Solid state relays are much more reliable than mechanical relays. They can be used for any DC power or load (within relay's voltage and amperage range). We usually use these relays for solar input to charge controllers based on trigger signal from BMS. 200 vdc for 150 vdc MPPT PV controllers. 600 vdc for 500 vdc (Sol-Ark) and 600 vdc (Schneider) PV controllers. 900 vdc for most 1000 vdc PV systems (our large Li systems up to 2MW are 512 vdc nominal and require 800 +/- PV source circuits). Relays are polarity sensitive both on the input power and the DC signal. Mounted on heavy duty heat sink. Trigger voltage 3-32 vdc.

Ceramic Paint
This ceramic paint is incredible. Thousands of microscopic ceramic particles in every square inch. Ceramics have the highest insulation values known. Before we painted our huge roll up doors (big enough to drive a semi through), they would radiate heat 20 feet away. They were like a blast furnace in the summer. Now you can stand right next to them and barely feel the heat. The hotter it gets the higher the insulation value. The roof coat can be applied directly over the roof sheathing without another layer needed. This paint creates an elastic membrane that expands and contracts with the structure. This is especially important for cement or stucco buildings that tend to crack as they age. Plus the paint is environmentally friendly, water based and simple to clean up.
